Is this just another therapy or wellness program?

No. PKP Kinesiology isn't talk therapy or generic wellness.

It works directly with the body's nervous system to identify and clear the root cause of what's keeping you stuck.

Most people come here after years of therapy, psychology, or other modalities that gave them insight but not resolution. That's a different starting point.

I've managed this for years. Do I really need help with it?

Managing it and resolving it are two different things. You've been managing it, clearly well enough that most people haven't noticed.

But managing it has a cost, and at some point the body stops cooperating.

This isn't about what you can handle, it's about finding what's actually driving it so you stop spending energy holding it together.

How is this different from seeing a psychologist?

Psychology works primarily through language and cognitive processing.

This is a structured, body- mind based discipline that identifies disruptions in the nervous system, subconscious self sabotaging stories and stress patterns that are held in the body/ mind.

It then uses precise muscle testing and correction protocols to find what's maintaining the problem and clear it at the root.
